Hello All. Just to give you a quick summary,
We are doing AOS through marriage, had our interview last month
Everything seemed to go well with no real tricky questions. IO took both my Visa and I-94 but NOT my EAD. She could not make final decision because the Civil Surgeon overlooked a box that said I did not have TB. Followed the instructions given and re-submitted medical via registered mail and it was received. Immediately after CIS received my medical (sent it to field office, not NBC), I received a letter stating that I need to come in another time.
The details of the letter are:
Reason for appointment: To complete Record of Sworn Statement.
Bring with you: Photo ID.
This appointment is scheduled soon with the same IO that interviewed me.
What could this mean? Has anyone seen this before? Should I prepare for it? It does not say bring my spouse so I am assuming it is not a STOKES/2nd interview. I would appreciate any help. Thanks guys and gals.
