post :-( feedback on http://www.ins.gov/graphics/feedback.htm.

Thanks for the link ususaaa2.

I'll definetly post my complaints.

You know it seems the complaint level has gotten really loud here because of the pathetic and unacceptable approval rate from CSC.

Instead of just whinging on this message board here, now you can do something about it, write your complaint on the link provided by ususaaa2.

I know, I know, you say they will ignore it or whatever, but if you don't write they won't hear it - I think if you are compelled to complain on the immigration forums you should then do something about it and give them feedback.

Any one has any kind of "complaint letter" format available?

This might have more effect

This would have certainly more effect.

Write your complaints on,

http://feinstein.senate.gov/email.html
and
http://boxer.senate.gov/contact

(Did these people get elected again .. anyone knows?).

Also, you can email at, president@whitehouse.gov
and write physical letter at,

The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW
Washington, DC 20500

or call the white house at 202-456-1111.

Make sure you mention,

a) Amazingly ridiculous Slow Speed.
b) Idiot IIOs giving false information. (Try to give exact IIO names if you can)
c) Aristocratic - I can do what I wish - attitude of INS.
d) Your exact case history, including phone calls, (try to mention exact IIO names), and fax history. What you've tried to get CSC moving, and what their response to that has been.

And yea, don't make up stuff, express what is true. And yea no jingoism.

Complaint letter format ---- nothing specific really, just something proffesional looking in plain english. Y'know don't mention expletives in your letter to senators or anyone. Basic common sense.

Thanks!

Silly man, thanks for your detailed reply but I was thinking more along a generic letter which we all can use to bring the recent slowdown in approval in focus.
We all can submit the same "Complaint/Grievance" letter on INS's website.
Maybe reading the same complaint over and over again will put things in perspective.

I had posted a standard format a few days back. But rather than them getting a view that ... this is copy paste, I feel if each one of us write our individual details, to senators, that would have more punch to it.

Especially considering that usually whenever you write these people in a couple of weeks they do reply. That includes the president. (Seems like those people actually do work).

If you write them a cut copy paste letter, that is what you will get in reply, cut copy paste, with a disparage to CSC asking them to work harder, and they might choose to ignore it, which I am sure they've been thru many times. They get many letters everyday on a multitude of cases, and in their eyes, your case has no importance, versus some organization protesting war over iraq etc. etc. .. I mean they have their plates full. You don't write specific and clear, you get brushed aside.

Trust me, INS isn't Bush's favorite department right now. That disparage will have no quantifiable output, except that CSC will publish yet another fake JIT give yet another bunch of lies and bullshit to appease the higher ups, brush it under the carpets and get back to it's two sided chameleon tricks again. I hate CSC can't you tell?

However, if the letter is individual, with exact case details, they will be obliged to order an enquiry into your specific case and will get attention to your specific case and get it thru the system fast. If they get enough specific cases, they will get sick of it, and eventually ask CSC to get it's shit together, and yea by then they'd be sick of our letters, with not much choice but to ask CSC to pick up pace, or seriously rectify the system, which is much needed anyway.

IMHO, sending individual letters with each of our case details will have a much higher impact than sending a copy paste, and that is what I'd recommend.
