Hi,
Yesterday i had my interview in NYC at Federal plaza. It was bad. I/O extremely uncivil.. anyhow,
BEFORE the 5 year mark i had interruptions in my continuance residency. Showed her proof that i was in the care of my parents who were stationed abroad on behalf of an american company ( Form N-470 ).
I cant believe she left the whole application and started nitpicking about the period BEFOOORE the past 5 years! Anyhow, she said decision cannot be made because of this, said she needed to get more information about this issue !
Said it might take up to 120 days..
AToday the case status changed to :
Post Decision Activity
Your case is under review with a supervisor.
For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.
Can anyone tell me what this actually means and what are my prospects of getting through this before end of year? I need to be in England by Jan 10... i'm afraid it would take longer than that..
Any input is appreciated
Thank you all.
