Pardon the humor but that is actually very funny and one of the most original posts I've seen to date on the forum.
Well if Lil Kim Jong Un gets an itch up his bum that he needs to scratch and decides to fight then I'm presuming there will be a draft in South Korea of some kind.
As for the US, to my knowledge anyone between the ages of 18 and 26 who is an immigrant through DV has to sign up for the National Guard or something (it is mandatory) and it may lead to a draft if America gets involved in the war to a heavy extent.
