Anbody can list down all the possible RFEs for spouses I-485 cases..

In My case I am prime applicant. My 485 Not approved Yet, nor I got RFE.
USCIS issued RFE on my wife Case on Nov 16 th , we responded on DEC 14 th.

E in EVL stands for Employment. They seem to be asking for either an Employment Verification Letter for spouse, or affidavit of support from primary applicant or sufficient funds in bank. Seems like an affidavit of support was not submitted for wife during applying, either by mistake or she was working at that time and did not need one.dashDurai said:"EVL for Spouse"??? , You mean... they are asking Education evaluvation for your wife???

I-134 Affidavit Form OR Bank Statments
EVL - Employement verification Letter. I dint submitted I-134 form at the time of filing. I am not aware of that, and all who applied along with me from my company , did not submitted that. How ever they got approved long back.
The RFE says that
Prove that you are not Going to Become a Public Charge.
EVL , Or affidavit or Bank Stmts.
As my wife is not working I dint submitted EVL, I submitted I -134, Bank Stmts, My EVL, address Proff ( Lease, Utility bills, etc)
