Possible concurrent adjudication of I-140 and I-485

withdraw and re-file -- faster?

I am a non-concurrent filer (I-485 RD: March 4, 2002) and am probably looking at some time beyond 2004.

What if I withdraw my I-485 application now, and re-submit with concurrent processing? It is possible CSC will get to it some time in the next three months, and process it within 90 days.

Gurus: what do you think?

you guys are missing the point.
This is the pilot program only and will benefit handful of WAC03 or WAC04 applicants....
I would not be happy nor be sad much.
Kashmir's report still shows scanty RFE's for WAC03...This is more forward looking.
I am interested inhow would they apply this fast track option to regular 485's the oldies....i dont think so they will be doing out of order processing.
they are still the old USCIS who approves 400-500 cases per month.

One year ago, my spouse got his approval from VSC. I filed my case one month later than him. One year later, I am still waiting for my dead case to be touched.

Now they are going to start this pilot program, this is really driving me crazy.
