Possible approval after retrogression

Hello Experts I have a quick question. Is it possible for anone to get approved in a week or two after the retrogression. In my case, the visa numbers are going to be 'U' (schedule a) from december. My case is in final stages. Got the RFE and all for I485 months ago, but it was pending approval becuase USCIS had never sent me any fingerprint notices. Just came to know via congressman/liasons/calling FBI and all and USCIS admits its mistake. Now the issue is that i got my fingerprints done finally today and my visa numbers will be 'U' in december. Do you guys think I still hold any chance or my case will go in black hole of retrogression.

I am stuck in namecheck, I hope you won't be. I think if you get approval before December 1st great, otherwise I think it will mean waiting for either more Schedule A numbers to be released, (I hear there is lobbying afoot), immigration reform or waiting in line for your PD to become current.

it is posiable at the same time it may not be too

So many factor to get case approved or not approved in USCIS. I wish you r case is going approve.

check out this guy, yoginm73....

he managed to get his approval just in time before EB2 went unavailable in July/Aug...
He even went early to give his FP and got approved on Aug 1 or so, I think...

It's always possible...that you may get approval!
