Porting PD --I140 denied Urgent help please

Yes, porting is applicable to you.

I wouldn't notify uscis about priority date transfer and showing eb2 140 until it becomes current. At about that time you should send it in.

Hi,
How to port the EB-3 date into EB-2?
I have two I-140s approved, one in EB-2 (PD Feb 05) and the other in EB-3 (PD March 04) category from the same employer. I am waiting to file 485. How can I port the EB-3 date into EB-2?

Thanks for your reply UN. So, when i file I-140 eb2, do i need to notify USCIS about my prior I-140 eb3 approval ?

U have to wait until ur EB2 cut off dates moves to Mar.04.
I guess then u could apply for I-485 with PD Mar 04 EB2. Correct if i am wrong gurus.
