Port of Entry questions(POE)??? ****

At POE, will they allow me to enter if

1) I have an unexpired H1 visa stamping from company A eventhough I am working for Company B for past three months. I have Company B's valid H1(I-797, transferred but no visa stamping yet).

and

2) if I enter today with a passport which expires after 10 days?


OR

3) Will they allow if I have an expired passport with unexpired H1 stamping from old company A eventhough I am working for new company B. I have Company B's valid H1(I-797, transferred but no visa stamping yet). Both passports stapled.


Please help guys. Based on the answers I would decide whether to go for my passport renewal and/or H1-B revalidated.

It's OK to travel with unexpired H1 visa stamp from your old company, which I assume is company A. However, you cannot travel with an expired passport. Renew your passport soon.
