There is no update yet. BTW, as per yesterday's update, ADO has crossed my RD, but not by 30 days so that I can initiate a query. I will keep posted if there is a "status update on my case."

I did get my FP from ADO and gave it promptly. After that, I just didn't get my Interview Notice, even though folks who got FPed alongwith me from ADO got their interview as well as approval.

Good news
I finnally got an interview date a few days ago for the end of this month. As I suspected it was sent to my old address, and to my old lawyer's old address (not my old lawyers new address, nor my new lawyer's address) It took almost a month to get to me, but luckily it made it here on time. The copy that went to my old address never got to me of course.

My interview letter required a huge amount of documents and I hope yours
would be shorter.

Went on an Infopass appointment today and had the same response. "Everything looks good and as soon as the review of the file is over, it will be scheduled for an interview. Until then you need to wait." And hence the wait continues.

Wish you a great belated Diwali. Infact On Diwali day, I left my company after I had very small argument with my American Boss. I just told my Boss, I may not be the right person to help him and handed over my Badge. I did not like the maintenance job given to me. My wife is having stable job, now I can look for new job. Salary was great but job I did not like at all. Please keep in touch.

I am sorry to hear that you had to walk away from your boss and trust me, you are not alone. "People run away from bosses; not companies," is an adage that is very true in the corporate world. Glad to know that your wife is having a job. If you are the primary, please try to settle in an appropriate job that is within the ambit of AC-21 benefits ASAP so that your AoS is not harmed in anyway. Good luck.
