I am still very much here. I had to renew my EAD, which TSC had transferred to ADO as well. So I went there and they told me that they cannot do anything regarding the I-485 as that is taken care of by another department. So, I at least asked that they approve my original EAD instead of the 8-month temporary EAD. However, they pleaded inability to do that and just approved my temporary EAD. After that, the irked ADO or the irritated ADO -- however you call it as -- transferred my EAD file back to TSC. Now, TSC approved my 1-year EAD and am yet to get the approval notice/card by mail.
As regards to I-485, the eternal wait continues!!!!!

Cannot you ask them why it is backed up when the dates are gone ahead? is it any special case?
