Poll: which box is checked on your approved AP?

OK, I've asked this in other sections of the forum with no answer.
So I'm posting a poll. Which box on your approved and valid Advance Parole (I-512L) document is checked?

"Approved"

or

"Conditions/comments"

On mine the "Conditions/comments" has the little X and next to it says:
"As an alien paroled pursuant to section 244.15 of the Immigration and Nationality Act"

So which box has the X on yours? And does it affect my travels?

I'm positive my AP is screwed up. That's what my former attorney says too. USCIS made an error, which may cost my trip to my home country.
