Call the national customer service number, and follow through the steps, where it will ask you to enter your case number, the system will play the message for you about your case status,
After the message is played ,there are three options. Choose the 3rd option. Then there are 4 options, 4th one is the option for sepreated cases filed together,
This choice will redirect your call to the Texas service center, (if you filed your case is texas service center)
The people there are nice and will get you src number and your spouse’s src number and will tell you, that they will send an email to the officer who adjudicated your case, to also adjudicate your spouse case, since he is the only guy who can adjudicate your dependant’s case.
How it works is once the officer gets this interoffice email from the rep. he will request you dependant’s case file. And get it and adjuciate it. He will certainly have a big queue of these type of emails.
You can call the office as many times as you want, I hope, it worked for me, they did not
Have any track of me calling them again and again,
I called them two times a day, and probably, there were 60 emails in the office’s queue, who adjudicated my wife case, and may be this got his attention since is email list of getting bigger, I hope you get my approach.
If you call the customer service of Wednesday between 3 and 4, there are bright chances that an immigration office will pick up your case, (atleast in TSC) they can see all your call log and that kind of stuff, Like how many times you have called etc, so be careful.
Good luck.
