This thread focuses only on JoeF's views on job change. Focus on this subject. We don't need you to tell us about his contributions otherwise. Focus on ths subject.

He is out of line on the topic of job change and he needs to be stopped. Bottomline. He has been giving good suggestions otherwise and we all value that.

Excellent point. Let's fight on issue. But only if other issues are heard. JoeF's flooding of his views doesn't allow other views to be heard and that's the problem. It's not a personal fight with him but he needs to be stopped for a good and healthy discussion that's based on issues. You agree ?

I haven't posted a message on Immi-portal for over a year now, but I am *deeply saddened* to see this kind of immature leg pulling of a very worthy member as JoeF.

I do hope you will show some maturity and realize "Who stands to gain if JoeF dissappears from this board tommorow".

The fact that you pulled this old thread back indicates a lot !! I thought matter was put to rest but some "silly" decided to show up after a year !!!!

I am so surprised by some volunteer moderators here and how they take sides of one member and corner other(s). I am thoroughly frustrated by this attitude. Pulling back this old thread by a moderator is really unfortunate. Looks like some volunteer moderators want this board only for a certain set of people.

I hope Rajiv and admin will notice this.

I am back after a break of week and saw this "silly" posting. God help this forum from these bunch of silly posters. :D :D

Ignore "Silly" moderator's "Very Silly" comment. :D :D. All these moderators damaged brains needs some anti-JoeF dose badly.

I still have to see some "concrete" document from an official source to prove that JoeF/Khanna are wrong/right. I got my GC through adjustment a few days ago(actual card) and might leave the company I have worked for and sponspored my GC after working with them for 4 years. Sifting through pages of largely irrelevant material is not helping me.
Can someone provide me with a link (maybe one with an actual case where there was denial/approval) which could give me more info?

And on the topic, how is JoeF exactly preventing the opinions of others to be heard by flooding with his propaganda? I can simply chose to ignore his post and carry on a discussion with the ones I deem are worthy/of interest. I dont agree with Joe on this topic as Iam about to make a decision disregarding what he says. But this is not an information site which one uses as the truth, this is a forum where its a matter of opinion.If one feels that the best way to promote democracy or whatever social order suits his agenda by preventing someone from posting, then I suggest go seek therapy and stop throwing the toys out of the pram.

The poll question is pretty simple, and so is the choice of answers. However, what is the purpose served in banning an individual forum member whose opinions you happen to disagree with? This board should be for information sharing, not personal flame wars.
 
Both of you folks are seems to bew new this forum, so making such immature statements. Please spend some time on this forum or dig out many old threads with bambarded hammering of same postings by one individual. Such hammering misinformation is not only stopping real voices to be heard but as well misleading members. Last few days are OK, so hope everything stays in order on this forum. But stop encouraging somebody with lack of knowledge.
