Thus far its been interesting to find that the maximum cases in a category are pre 01/01/2002. (41.5). This shows there are many ppl who have been in que since a long time.

Is there any use of EAD?

For concurrent filers( with PD after 1/1/2002):
Without I140 approval, not possible to use AC 21. IN that case, what is use in getting EAD?
