Poll:I140 not approved with RD in March and before

My I140 OR was filed on March 3 in CSC, still waiting to be approved. Anyone else in the same boat? My EAD and AP are already approved recently. I called BCIS customer service many times, they keep telling me that it takes about 6 months, but can be up to 7 months, so they won't file an inquiry for me. I also called my lawyer, they won't file an inquiry for me either because the current OR processing time is Feb 13. Anyone has some idea?

mine is pending since last october. No response from BCIS for any inquiry. EB3, original labor here.

No RFE
Same status report when started a BCIS enquiry..

have you applied for 140 and 485 concurrently? or just 140?

My OR petition was just approved per phone message. BCIS has problem with their computer system, so my case record could not be found through their online service. It is such a frustrating process, but I hope everyone else's case will be approved soon.

EB3
Concurrent ( 140 and 485 with different RDs)
I140 RD 1/17/03
I485 RD 4/17/03
Substitute labor

No RFE. No approval. No reply to Inquiries.

But I do know two friends both with same type of labor substitution petitions as above..but RDs in aug/sept of last year. They got approvals in Apr and June.

Any body here has news to update on any approvals for RDs this year.

After waiting for almost 1 yr my I-140 got approved yesterday.
Concurrent filing
Original labor
No RFE
RD: 10/28/2002
AD : 10/7/2003

looks like BCIS still works

What was your category, EB2 or EB3?
 
pharmboy, did you file concurrent?

Looks like, all the cases reported here were concurrent (140/485).
Pharmboy, what did you do? Yours is the only unknown.

Is I-140 slowing down ?

Looks like, between Sep 15th and Oct 1st, I140 dates did not move at all :(

Adjudication Priorities
The priority for adjudications until September 30, 2003 is that of religious worker cases. It is anticipated that in October 2003, the adjudication of adjustment applications (I-485s) will resume at a faster pace (perhaps double). It is also expected that in October the adjudication of Employment Authorization Applications (I-765) and Advance Parole Applications (I-131) filed concurrently with I-140/I-485s will be faster, so that eventually these applications will be adjudicated within 45 days.. By the end of September 2003, it is hoped that H-1B visa petitions, except for extensions, will be processed within 90 days. H-1B visa extensions should be adjudicated within 4.5 months and eventually by the end of this calendar year - 90 days. However, the processing time for Immigrant Visa Petitions (I-140) will be delayed.
 
With audit going on, it not move for another month! Any idea when the audit is going to be over this year. I saw in I1485 forum, that it ended on Oct 4 last year.

Mine is OR, concurrent filing. My I140 was approved mid september.
 
I-140 EB1-OR approved

My I-140 EB-1 OR was approved on Oct. 1st. Mine is concurrent filing.

I-140 :ND 11/27/02
RFE: RD 03/11/03
RFE Replied: 05/27/03
I-140 Approved: 10/01/03

I-485: ND 11/27/02

I-765 & I-131 were approved on 9/29/03. Waiting for I-485 approval.
