Hi,
my wife stay and work for 1.5years in Gulf country and c return with out completing her contract period so company refusal to provide experience letter,now how to come out with this problem andd dose c need police report from that country also....actually c went there in 2008 to 2009....

Regarding the police report : you have to deliver police reports from all foreign countries you have stayed in for a period of time as a resident no matter if you worked there or not (excepting countries that you only visit as a tourist)
And about the experience letter : be advise that, taking into considerations the politics of every country, there are rules of completion or/and ending of working contracts and regulations for working permits. The refusal of any company on providing the exp. letter may have something to do with the regulations of that Gulf country. You better send a letter to the HR Dep. of that company explaining the reason your wife had to return without completing the contract. If no official answer will follow, you can also address a letter to the Department of Labor of that country or to the offices that regulates working permits and contracts in that country (is very specific from place to place so I cant tell you were to go exactly)
You can also address a letter to the CO of your country of citizenship in that Gulf country, explaining the situation
