Police Records/Criminal check from USA

Hello to everybody, do i need a police record or criminal check from USA, if i was there as a tourist 3 times, first time i stayed 3 weeks and a couple days, second time about 2 months and one week, and at the third time i stayed about 3 months, my total stay in USA is 5 months and 3 weeks.

Regardless of the duration of stay, applicants are not required to present PCC from the US. However, if one had a court case from previous stay in the US, then the applicant is required to provide court records regarding the stay.

Thank you very much Sm1smom for your quick response,i have one more question about police record/ criminal check, i have a dual citizenship, but in country of my second citizenship( i've obtained second citizenship this year) i was only once and for one day since i'm 16, do i need a police record/criminal check from there? I'm asking that because i read on another forum that they ask for both, and it doesn't matter if i was there and how long.
