I lived in Canada for more than 3 years and moved back to India. I need Canada police clearance for CP. How can I do this if I am living outside Canada?

Canada Police Clearance: Requires Fingerprinting?

Thanks for sharing the URL. There it says that we need to send fingerprints. Is this required for name-check only?

Yes. Send them a set of your FPs and the fees(if any). They should then send you an RCMP record check.
