I am a USC living in US and am petitioning for my parents via Consular Process. It says they need police clearance certificate each. Do I as the petitioner also need to supply a police clearance certificate or only my parents who are applicants need police clearance certificate?

In response to your PM and this question, donutlover -

Only I-130 needs to be filed with USCIS for CP. You don't have to file G-325A.
Even if you are doing AOS for your parents, you don't have to file G-325A for yourself, just your parents.

Once all the paperwork is satisfactorily completed with NVC and all fees paid, it will transfer the case to the Consulate where your parents will be interviewed. The interview packet the Consulate sends prior to interview will contain info about the PCC that your parents should obtain and take with them to interview. No PCC is required for the sponsor, just the beneficiary.

Thank you for helping with questions English is second langauge and sometimes I am confused.

Do I send the G325a with the I130 for my parents or must I just send I130 and wait further instructions?

And I am filing for both mother and father. Can I send separate application for I130 in one envelope or different envelopes?

I am going to repeat what I said before:

Only I-130 needs to be filed with USCIS for CP. You don't have to file G-325A.

Once I-130 is approved, USCIS doesn't have anything to do with your parents case. It will be transferred to NVC.

Yes, you can send both parents app nicely separated, in one envelope.
