I was in Kolkata (India) since 2005 to 2008 for study purpose. As per the requirement I should submit PCC of Kolkata. I have decided to collect it through Indian High Commission. As far as I know it will take approximately 1 month or even more to get the clearance from the High Commission Office. So,Please suggest me, should I apply right now or to wait untill I get the 2nd letter?
