Police Certification Requried with valid visa for a country but never entered

So now here is the question:

I got 6 month Indian Business Visa. I was in India for a week and left India. Indian visa states that any visa more than 180 days require registration(my guess is that the local police station) within 14 days. But I left India after 7 days without registering at the local Indian police station.

My passport does have the date when I entered and left India. After getting Indian visa for 6 months, then another 6 months passed I got a UK Visa for 2 yrs. I never entered UK even though I have 2yrs UK Visa.

So, when it comes to GC, do I have to provide police report from India and UK? India and UK I never was there for more than 6 months but the my Canadian passport say I have 6 months visa for India and 2 yrs Visa for UK.

Can someone shed some light in this situation?

I was also in Japan on two different times, each for less than 3 months. Now do I need Japan police report also for GC?
 
You need police reports only from those countries where you lived for more than 6 months continuously.
