police certificate

please help me guys, if anyone experienced like me, so this is about police certificate,
i had interview yesterday, but CO put me on pending status, CO said to me to complete soon.

so, my situation is
in 2006-2009 i lived in australia for study, so CO asked police record during that time, and CO also gave me link to make police record,
but the problem is, i live in kuwait that has 8 hours different time.

i visited the link and it said, can be apply online, so i just follow what the website said, but still i founded difficulties coz in that website mention need some documents which is i dont have. so i sent them an e-mail, but still not reply yet,

now i am getting stag, i read also for police record need a month for the process.

so, if anyone knows, is there any past-track how to obtain police record from the country where you live before,,especially from australia,

big thank you,
sorry with my english guys,,,,

So you obviously didn't read the instructions prior to your interview. That is very unfortunate. Luckily for you, the CO has given you a chance to sort it out, you should apply for the police certificate, no matter how long it takes. Once you get it, forward that to the embassy and your case will be decided.

The Australian Police Checks say a month but I got mine within two weeks.

What documents don't you have? We found the process pretty straightforward and did it all online.

yeah
i read in the website, it says it will take 15 days to process, anyway, you got police record already, right, so, did they send it to you by using regular post ? or,,
if it is so, probably , it will come to me for a month
for me only police records remaining, :)

From memory, yes it came by regular post but they emailed me beforehand to let me know it was done. It's really pretty quick and they are efficient.

It's slightly suspicious when the only posting of a new member is an advert for someone. Just sayin'.

You might find the following website helpful, it's a NY law firm that has a service obtaining Certificate of Disposition's for clients. See: blah blah blah.com
I don't see how this service adds any value ($100 to be exact!) as opposed to directly requesting it from the Court for $10 or less.

I find it very unhelpful to have someone keep registering different names to spam with the same advert.

hi emily, just want to ask, regarding police record from Australia, you got already police reords, right.
so, that police record with fingerprint on it or name check only,. so which one do you use,? sorry to ask that one.
thank you

The Aussies are getting the name checks, not the fingerprint one.

So long as you ensure the check is done on all names, you should be fine but it will depend on the requirements of your interviewing consulate. The Aussie consulate in Sydney is happy with just a name check but others might be different.
