I have applied for my spouse immigrant visa from India. I wanted to know does my spouse have to provide the police certificate from every place he worked or lived in India when he goes for the interview.

Your help will be appreciated.

The rule regarding police certificate (PC) is very broadly applied. Strictly speaking the USCIS can demand PC from every place you have stayed. In actual practice, though, they seek PC only from the current place unless you have moved in very recently or have been shifting residence frequently.
