Does anyone have samples of the Police Certificate(PC) or the Regional Passport Office (RPO) certificate?

Kevin: In case you were not able to find it...

PCC from consulate is:

Certified that there is no adverse information in respect of Mr/Ms XYZ holder of Indian passport no. 1234 issued at abc on dd/mm/yyyy for the the period he/she stayed in India, which will render him/her ineligible for the grant of travel facilities including visa for USA.

I guess PCC from RPO will be something on the same lines.

The stamp on the passport states:
Observation no. 1234 date dd/mm/yyyy
PCC issued for visa
