Hi POJ,

Just now i checked with an Imm.Officer. My wife and Kids I485 cases got approved on March-05-2005. INS officers worked even Saturday(!!!).

Thank you very much for your replies.

I am interacting with TSC for the past 5 years. To be honest with you guys, Except President Bush's office, i approched every body for my wife and kid's approval.

My case(after a long journey) got approved during Sep-2004. But my wife and kids not approved till March-05(Approx 6 months). I don't know what TSC officers' did for 6 months. Just to open my wife and kids file they took 6 months.

In the mean while i applied for my wife's EAD renewal, for that there was RFE....but they sent it to my 4 years old address(even i forgot thatb address). Last Year I got my wife's EAD to correct address(present residing address). But, this time gone to different address :mad: .

So, i filed EAD second time last week (another $200 i spent) :( .

TSC should pay back my $400(2 EAD application charges).

POJ thanks for your Carrot Halwa(I guess). Because you gave me Carrot.

Talking to Imm.Officer is easy....

Dial NCSC, then press 2-6-1-ENTER YOUR RECEIPT # - 3- 4 it will get
you directly to TSC.

My personal experience is.....

I sent every day fax to TSC to expedite my wife and kids cases.
Congress man's office put a board outside...any one can enter this office except UnFort_User.

I troubled them so much by visiting them often.


ALL THESE TROUBLES AND FRUSTRATIONS ARE NOT BELONG TO ME. THESE THINGS ARE SHAME FOR INS.
 
Photos for EAD Renewal

Hi All
We applied I140/485 in Mar 2004 and I140 approved and 485's still pending.our EAD's expire in May and we want to apply fo renewal. Can anybody clarify the type of photographs we need to provide to TSC? Earlier we submitted Right -Profile ADIT Style photogarphs. One of my frienfs said that now we need to submit regular front facing passport style photographs. Anyone who filed recently or with any information, please help us out.
