POJ method disconnected?

Hi guys
I just called USCIS to discuss my pending case (I485) using the POJ method and the officer told me that this no longer connects to someone who can give out applicant information and that the system is rerouted. Does anyone know any other method to get through?

I just called an hour back, i got connected to TSC and even talked with a nice IO

Must have spoken to an ignorant IO then

The thing is that no one of us almost never get to the IO, it is usually front desk personnel.

I do not think, I have spoken few times, but today I got a very knowledgable Front desk personnel or Immigration officer. She has given her name to send the fax. She was aware of mulitple 485s, withdrawals, 180s eligibility etc..
