Hello,

I am going to move to a new company soon. I am now in Seattle area and will drive upto BC and WA State border. I think that there are several POEs between them. I have heard they (POEs in BC) are picky and would like to have some information which POE is better (?). I know it is all depends on people who are working over there. I've got my two TNs at the east and never had an issue. But I do have a very unpleasant experience at the vancouver airport last year. An officer did not like me who had a TN at all asked me a lot of questions like a criminal.

Any information would be highly appreciated.

Thanks

We have beaten this subject to death - especially about POE's between Washington and BC.

Do it by mail or by email.

Enough said.

Depends on what TN status you're renewing. I've obtained legal advice that specifically says anyone on a Sci-Tech or Mgmnt Consultant TN avoid the border at all costs and mail-in. If you plan this well you should not have much of a break between positions.
My .00002 cents worth.
