Hi,

Does it matter if Point of Entry airport is different state to where you want to live??

I agree with Princedriss. It doesn't matter at all. Enter where it is most convenient for you to do so, then move wherever you want. I entered at Washington state border with Canada but am living in Florida.
 
Pricedriss is right, it doesn't matter what airport you go through because it has no bearing on where you'll actually live.

I'm entering through Washington Dulles but going to be living in Pennsylvania as my address indicated on my forms was in PA.
