EB2, RIR, INDIA 140 filed for CP 485 filed for as AOS
from day one message says ur application received on 3/12 and it XXXXXX

No. I don\'t know where my file is. But my lawyer told me that he sent packet 3 information to INS saying that this case is for AOS not CP
