ok my q is that, i was arested about 18 months ago and charge with misdamener ,took a class and got my case expanged, but the reason for my worry is that when i got arested i had an ID under difrent name then a real one, after that i filed a i-485 and got bio and got EAD now my intrview date is in a week for GC , so is INS gona have my record under that name and if they do and ask me about it ? waht should be my answer , for having an ID under a diffrent name ? so plzzzzzzz helppp
 
were you fingerprinted when arrested? if yes then they will know for sure that you were using other aliases, and would be considered as a lie because you didnt disclose it .
 
You have established in the eyes of USCIS that you are not of good moral Character ,

My advice ( I am not an attorney) I suggest DO NOT VOLUNTEER any info.

IF & When they do ask about it, be 100% truthful, Also Be sure you bring eveidence of the case being expunged.

I suggest you speak to an attorney prior to the interview.
