plzzzzzz help me for I-140 as soon as possible

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a file for subsitute I-140 which last year have sent to Vermount center and then they transfer my file to Texas center on 24th April 2006 , As I have checked the web site of USCIS I found they work on files with receipt date of 15th june 2006 but I didn't receive any mail or news about my file yet and i check my case status in USCIS web site and my current status is "This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred." please let me know what I can do ? and normally how long does it take until they process this kind of file .
 
Have your attorney send in the paperwork to convert the case to Premium processing. It will cost an extra $1000, which needs to be paid either by you or your employer. And in that way USCIS is bound to get back to you with a response on your case within 15 days after you convert to premium processing.

In my opinion, that would be the easiest way to get your case moving.

My case was filed in July 2006. Did not see any progress until November. End of November I got my case converted to premium processing and they sent the approval within a week.
