I switched to a new employer using my EAD(with I-140 approved & I-485(TSC) > 180 days), i called the 800 # to update my new address for the pending I-485 case. However, i didn't notify them of my interntion of using AC21 about the the new job/new employer under VSC jurisdiction. But when i looked at AR11, in one of the places, it asks for "who do you work for". Can i skip that section blank and fill the rest and send it to them or if i fill AR11 with my new employer info and still not inform about AC21 to TSC, will it be a problem in the future ?

Anybody in the same situation ? Anybody had problems before ? Please share your experience.

Please advise. Thanks in advance !

Read how to change address:
1 file form AR11 for address change
2 update NCSC on 18003755283, your new address, provide them your EAC

or LIN # of I-485 and receipt # of any pending petitions with service

Center, provide the receipt#, your name, DOB, A#
3 write letter to service center for address change on your I-485 or

any pending petition with them provide your past and NEW address,

attach I-485 receipt copy, write your name, DOB, A# on cover letter.

Send the letter to your service center with certified return receipt

and out side the envelope write in big bold letters ATTENTION: ADDRESS

CHANGE
*** Do the all 1,2,3

However, I didn't notify them of my intention of using AC21 about the new job/new employer under VSC jurisdiction.
----- NCSC or 1-800 # has nothing to do with your AC21,
to use AC21 you have to inform USCIS service center where your I-485 is pending, send intent change letter that you have joined new employer and would like to use AC21 AND future permanent job offer letter from new employer and also attach your I-485 receipt copy write A# DOB, name, address and sign the cover letter.

But when I looked at AR11, in one of the places, it asks for "who do you work for". Can i skip that section blank and fill the rest and send it to them or if I fill AR11 with my new employer info and still not inform about AC21 to TSC, will it be a problem in the future ?
------ fill up the new employer info on AR11 as you are working with them

** read the below thread for AC21 and what you need to send to USCIS for AC21

Ginnu, Thanks very much for the clarifications.

However, one more clarification. You clearly mentioned that NCSC or 800# is nothing to do with AC21, but is the NEW Employer Information that i am going to fill in AR11 will be reflected in TSC files?

Thanks in advance !
