My husbands 485 (primary applicant) got approved last week(VSC). we have recd the approval notice. He has yet to receive biometric notice for the actual card. mine (dependent)is yet to be approved.

I know my question may sound dumb but do not want to take any chances. If my husband changes his job now, will he have to fill any form and send to USCIS.
secondly will his job change anyway affect my 485 approval which is yet to come.
Thirdly I want to know if his current employer thru which his GC got approved has any power to do something to his GC.

pls reply and thanks in advance.
 
Not Advisable

Its not advisable to change the Job within 90 days of GC approval.
Basically there is nothing employer can do about the approved GC (Hope I am not wrong).

Since biometric is yet to come that you can hold for a little to Job change.

If you feel hurry and wanted to change Job get an advice from good attorney.
