Pls share if anyone spoke to TSC IO today

Called IO today they say the case is ready to be picked up by officer. I dont know, couple of weeks ago, i was told that case with a officer. dont know whom to believe..

hippos,

I called about three weeks ago and then again two days ago and was told both times my case was with an officer. Before they also said that the visa numbers had run out and this time they just said it was with an officer.

No idea, sorry.

Wish you and all good luck!

those who some info are lucky

Today called TSC IO about my case.I got connected very quickly(10 mins) but was useless as the IO was very rude. She said in one word "pending" and I told that I knew that. Second thing she said Not Required. I said what is not required and she said they aren't required to share any further details.

got the same reply from officer today.

I also called Today and connected in 10 mins and got the same reply from rude Officer, she told me to Just wait and Pending.

I think the days of getting-approved-even-though-PD-not-current are over. Now you will have to wait for PD to become current, in addition to namecheck.

That is great news!!! Your priority date is not current and still they said the approval is coming.I wish you good luck and to all old filers.Hopefully we will see tons of approvals next week.I am in the same boat as you, waiting for a visa number but my case not with a officer.

Rollingstone,

I was just taking a wild guess that the preadjudicated cases from September will be blessed by INS even without a priority date.

Looks like we will all have to wait.I have a InfoPass next week.Let's see how that goes.
