Pls share if anyone spoke to TSC IO today

Was told case with an officer and they had no idea what he was doing. Everything else is clear.

just called. No IO available. May be they are in a meeting to start mass approvals like in july. I know i am too optimistic... :)

No IO Available in TSC

There are no IO available in TSC, hope they didn't go on mass strike as the work load increased dramatically in recent times.

As of last week my case was with IO no idea what's happening.

My PD 12/2002 EB3-India.

All cleared except visa number assigning and approval.
 
I think the IO's ar ejust Information Officers and they dont have any role to play in approvals or working on our applications.Quite possibly they are assisting the officers with buying some halloween costumes:D
 
I called today

Called today. A nice IO picked up and she asked receipt#, address, last 4 digit SSN. She looked at my case and said NC, FP are clear and they have to make a decision. I asked if Visa# is assigned and she had no info. She just wished me a blessed day. I had LUD on 10/2(RFE Resp received), 10/3 and 10/4.
 
tried again. For some reason, IOs are not available. May be because they were given EAD/AP tasks for the 800000 applicants :)

You will be approved very soon. Max by end of next week.

Sree2005 got approved within one day of responding to EVL RFE. But his PD was in 1999. Let's see how my luck works.

Today I spoke with one rude lady, she told me that my name check is still pending and then disconnected the phone line in the middle...:mad:

I see a ton of people who applied in 2006 stuck in NC. My guess is CIS/FBI misplaced the files. Someone will have to file WoM to wake them up.
 
Spoke to TSC IO today

Spoke to IO today and she mentioned that the case is with the Officer and the decision could be made any time.

My PD 12/2002 EB3-India

All cleared but the case is with the officer for the last 10 days.

No idea what's being done with the case?
 
That is great news!!! Your priority date is not current and still they said the approval is coming.I wish you good luck and to all old filers.Hopefully we will see tons of approvals next week.I am in the same boat as you,waiting for a visa number but my case not with a officer.

I think all our cases are pre adjudicated. When they open floodgates in near future we all see approvals, until then nothing.
 
Be Hopeful

Even i had the LUD on 9/25 & 9/26 and called last week to find out what's happening, IO last week told me that its with the officer.

I thought something will happen after Oct 1st, by looking at the forum there are many RFE opened in last few days for many candidates and it might be that they will hopefully be approving lot of old timers.

You should be in the list too.
