My uncle and his wife are dv2014 winners. They sent their forms to KCC early Nov 2013(they should have sent them earlier but they were waiting for their new baby, beczuse the wife was pregnant then but they couldn't wait any longer). The wife gave birth to a baby boy early Dec 2013. Now,they want to include the baby to their applications,hw are they going to do it?
Are they going to send only the baby's forms to KCC or the whole family's forms?
If they can update the baby's forms alone, can they do it by attaching the forms to an email and send it to KCC official email?
Note, the case num is around 16k and from Nigeria

OK the normal advice is this.

Send a new copy of all the forms to KCC. The mother and father need new forms that now list the baby and of course there needs to be a new form for the baby.

So send:-

1. Updated 230 form for mother and father.
2. New 230 form for the baby
3. Two photos of the baby
4. Copy of the birth certificate.

In addition, if your interview is scheduled soon after you send this information, it is wise take all those things to the interview at the embassy. Also make sure you apply for a passport for the baby and understand the baby will now need the medical.

This should be sent by mail or courier because of the need for photos. However, if time is short before the interview and you sent them by email, taking originals and photos to the interview then you would be ok.

Relax my friend its not to late!
Your uncle and wife must redo the whoile set of from to include the new born.
As well as new form for the bay + photo + and birth certificate of the bay.
And send it all the kcc...
You can scan and send via email all the updated forms as well no problem.
