Need help
Hi all,
Last couple of days I saw couple of I485cases get denied. Here are my details
I am working for X company as a consultant through Y(H1B, GC company)
Know the thing is X Company wants me to join as full time employee.
it's been 21 month i filed my I485, working on 2nd EAD
fp done 2/03.

1, If I join with X company dose my Y can withdraw my I140? it was approved in 7/2001.

2, what other things do I need to take care.

3, does My Y Company still have rights to withdraw my I140? Even it approved.


Pls. advice me.

As, I understand, you could change the job if it is in a similar field and it is a similar job.
Could you also manage to
a) request previous employer not to inform about your leaving them.
b) Do not leave them for some more time and take additional job with this new company
c) Take a leave from first company (paid/ unpaid).
d) Speak to an immigaration lawyer.
