Pls Help! RFE?

Hi,

I received an RFE on my I 485 (ND 11/02) asking for the following info:

"Submit an original letter on company letterhead from your current employer stating your date of hire, duties, remuneration and prospects for continued employment"

Can anyone please post a format of this letter.

Whatever happenned to the Yates memo?

Wasn't there a memo in april that USCIS will not issue RFEs for EVLs strictly for the delay in adjudication ... or because of the time passed between the filing of 140 and the time of adjudication? Still there seem to be a lot of RFEs asking for EVLs these days [atleast in this forum]. Am I missing something or did USCIS find something suspicious in all of these cases? Any ideas, gurus?
