Pls help - Reclaiming days outside US for Labor filing

Dear Gurus,

Need your advice.

My H1 max out date is Jun 2007 and I was out of the US for two months. Can I use these months to consider my one year period prior to maxout as Aug 2006 and not Jun 2006.

Hello - this is a PERM related query

Hello,

Pls use your head. This is more related to PERM filing and not H1 related. If you are not interested in replying / or ignorant, dont waste your time in writing such replies.

No problem. When you file for your next H1 extension send the information in tabular form clearly indicating entry and exit in to U.S along with I-94 numbers.

I dont have the I-94 numbers. But clearly the stamping is there clearly in my passport. Hopefully that should help.

That should do. Make sure the copies you send shows the dates clearly
