PLS HELP Re CSPA

good day!..

i would like to ask for your help regarding this matter, I've read alot of articles as regards to CSPA, & yet some give contradictions and i am confuse..

case:
F4 category

Priority Date: March 9, 1989
Approval date: May 20, 1994
birthdates:
D1 (me)--- may 13, 1988
D2 (my sister) --- Dec 30, 1984
assuming date of current PD: January 2011
Country: Philippines

can we still come with my parents? I believe I could be included upon calculating my cspa age, still im not really sure..

what is the first step in processing CSPA? how, when and who is to be approached?

The difference between the priority date and approval date is 5 years, 2 months, and 11 days.

Subtracting that from each of your ages, and projecting to January 2011, puts your CSPA-adjusted age at 17, and your sister's adjusted age would be just a few weeks short of 21. So you both would be eligible to accompany your parents if your PD becomes current on or before January 2011. However, it may be unrealistic to expect your PD to become current in January 2011, given that F4 is currently at September 1987 for the Philippines.
