im a medical graduate frm india n i wanna apply for b1/b2 visa to appear for a practical exam in US.I came to know that delhi consulate is the best for issuing such visas.But the problem is i do not belong to delhi consular district
.can i apply at delhi or not ,n if i can,what are all the documents i must present?I beg for a fast reply as my exam date is in june.
