I'm a Canadian Citizen and just want to know how its possible to get the I-94 form - for the departure/arrival record. Its not a downloadable form (that I can see). They usually give the arrival/dep record when you are not a Canadian citizen. Would I need to contact the airport I arrived at in the States for that info or is there some other way to get that info?

Thanks a ton!

That's weird, I thought every non US citizen who enters the US gets an I-94.
It's a little piece of paper that you fill out on the plane or that you get at the POE and they staple it into your passport.
Maybe there is some special arrangement for Canadian cizitens, though, no clue.
If no-one else here knows I would search on www.uscis.gov or call the service number.
Good luck!

I dont have a I-94 either, I arrived in the us via bc/washington boarder and they just basically wave you thru ...My laywer is trying to find out if canadians even need one or not...I hope we dont cause I have no clue how I would even get one, I came in on the bus during my last entry and they xrayed my luggage asked to see my ID and asked if I had anything I shouldnt have on me and put me back on the bus.
