pls help, EAD applied @ VSC for Xfer case from VSC to TSC

Hi,
I have applied EAD at VSC, even though my case is Xfer from VSC to TSC, are there any one else, who did the same??? i did not get any receipts ? i lately realized that i should have applied at TSC, what will happen next..will they accepts or reject or transfer???

Was your case Xfered to TSC, how many days did it take for the checks to get cleared, as of now my checks did not get cleared
 
Yes. My case was also transferred. The checks got cleared around the same time I got the receipt notice.
 
Thanks avi..it gives me a relief, since lot of folks are applying EAD at place of pending not at where 485 is submitted
 
I am also a transfer case from VSC to TSC, I went for an infopass appointment and the officer told me to file at VSC for EAD and AP (he consulted someone from the VSC office on the phone while I was waiting)

I had already filed my EAD at TSC (this was done prior to the Infopass appointment, my check has also been deposited by TSC)
 
very confusing, some say 485 Submitted and some pending, its almost a week now, and i didnot receive the receipts nor my checks posted. Not sure, whats going to happen?
 
EAD for VSC -> TSC

For those whose cases were transferred from VSC to TSC, it may not matter which center you sent your EAD renew application. I saw couple people who sent to VSC and got receipt. Mine and my wife's cases were also transferred to TSC from VSC and I sent my wife's EAD renew to TSC and got receipt too.
 
EAD for VSC -> TSC

My case got transferred from VSC to TSC. I recently filed both AP and EAD application in TSC. AP receipt notice came in 10 days from TSC having SRC***** but EAD receipt came after 16 days but having EAC****. It seems that EAD got automatically transferred to VSC.
 
sd, thats interesting, applied at TSC got EAC, i am not sure what will happen to my EAD, will they be transfered to TSC or Accepted or returned, will keep posted once i hear
 
I got the receipts with EAC No. i applied 2 weeks back.

Avi - did you online message say it was xfered to TSC, pls let me know when did you apply for EAD.

Yes the online message said that it got transferred. I had applied around Mid April for both EAD and AP. Strange thing is that they approved AP within a few days, and now transferred the EAD to TSC. Not sure what is cooking.
 
EAD online message changed to xfered to TSC.EAD filing date 05/23/07

FYI.. Our 485 case was trasferred from VSC to TSC. Laywer paperfiled our EAD and AP at VSC. EAD and AP got approved. Here is the timeline :
I-765(EAD):2nd: ND:04/17/07 RD:04/23/07 LUDs:04/26/07 AD:05/14/07 Card Received:05/18/07
I-131(AP) :2nd: ND:04/17/07 RD:04/23/07 RD:05/21/07

GCVaruma,

When was your current EAD expiring? The reason I am asking is because, I applied for my renewal at VSC , six months before my current one expires. I am suspecting that I applied way to0 early..

avi_gc.. my EAD expired in Sept 2006. As I am working on H1(H1 3rd extension is valid till 2009 as 140 has been approved) I did not require my EAD. I just thought I shall apply for my EAD because it is better to keep it ready than not having it.
