pls help - change jobs while 485 pending?

Guys,
We (wife and I) have 485 pending since jan2005. We are on EAD and Advance Parole and we also got our renewals for next year.
I am currently working for a software consulting company as a PROGRAMMER ANALYST "title in the labor application from the current employer" and it also states my job responsibilities.

Can I switch jobs starting next year? Do I need to have exact same title and responsibilities in the new offer letter?
Is it better to change address 1st before the job change, so that I can inform INS about my change of address??

DO we have to inform INS about job change, as well?? I know we have to file AC21 for address change but I am unclear about switching employers?

My wife is on EAD too; can she open her own business? Any kind of business?

------------ you can change employer if your I-140 is approved and I-485 pending more than 180 days and you get permanent job offer with same/similar job duties

-------------- It is better to have same. but I have seen that they case about job duties

---------When you move do the below according to your situation:

1 file form AR11 for address change ( it will not chage you address on pending petitions with USCIS, all the family members need to file AR11)
2 update NCSC on 18003755283, your new address, provide them your ,WAC,EAC or LIN # of I-485 and reciept # of any pending petitions with service center, provide the receipt#, your name, DOB, A#( A# is on I-485 filing reciept)
3 write letter to service center for address change on your pending I-485( if you have spouse I-485 pending He/she also need to change address on her/his I-485. letter need to be signed by spouse with date and reciept# of pending petitions) or any pending petition with them provide your past and NEW address, attach I-485 receipt copy, write your I-485 reciept # name, DOB, A# on cover letter so that you get fingerprinting notice at your new address, sign the letter with date. Send the letter to your service center with certified return receipt and out side the envelope write in big bold letters ATTENTION: ADDRESS CHANGE for Pending Form I-485 ( or any other application).
4 if want to use AC21 THEN if the past company lawyer filed I-485 then better change your lawyer and fill up new G28 with your new lawyer and he can update USCIS that he represent you and can mail form G28 to sevice center, he can also make a request to chage your New address on Pending I-485 and he will get if any RFE, if you dont change any RFE will go to past lawyer. you can also revoke the G28 filed by past lawyer and update USCIS that XYZ lawyer no more represent you and request USCIS to send any documents directly to you on your address.......

--------------AC21 is not for address change. for address change you file form AR11 and to change the address on pending petitions with USCIS you need to call 1800NCSC and write letter to service center

I the primary applicant to the application for pending 485. Labor and I-140 was filed for me. My 140 is approved and 485 is pending for past 2 yrs now.
My priority date is Sept 2003/EB3/India. Any idea, when will this become current?

So, I will file for AR11 for address change and AC21 for job change (follow steps 1,2,3,4). I will hire the same lawyer that my company has hired for me after switching employer. I think this should be ok then.

Do I need to file G28 now before I leave my current job? Or do I just hire a lawyer and he will manage from there?
