It is only logical to have the initial PD for the case if you prove that you never received the RFE. Otherwise what's the point of that motion? To save the application fee? OK, then there is really no other point to that motion but to keep the original PD.riversrun said:You can never save the application fee when you file the re-open motion. You will pay $385 for the motion fee. Who cares as long as the PD is the initial one.
