I am on a J visa and my DS2019 expires mid August when my program ends, I plan to leave at the latest during the 30 day grace period and return to the US shortly after 'to tidy up stuff' (I'm still processing my waiver) using my other passport, I have dual citizenship and my other passport allows me to enter the US without a visa, does anyone foresee any problems with this plan?
