i am about to file my labour this month,i am already towards end of my 5th yr.now that one can no more use substituted labours after 28th march, i am in a dilemma.i am currently filing under eb-2 and my pd will be feb 2006.one the other hand i am having an opportunity to take up eb-3 of 2002 sept,but if i take that i will have to switch job and compromise on my salary.the main reason i want to do this is my wife is a doctor and she is planning to join residency in 2008 july.so trying hard to get ead by then so that both can stay together.more over her opportunites will increase.
unable to deciede,which do you think is better eb-3 2002 or eb-2 2006?she was a post grad student in india,so i feel resposible for her.she's been here since aug 2005.so we also have problem of consuming h visa years.
how many yrs will it take for the dates to become current for 2002 eb-3 and eb-2 2006.any idea?
