Pls Advice: Getting H4 when husband's H1 is expiring

Hi
My husband's H1 is going to expire on 15th January 2003. If I apply for H4 in india (new delhi) based on his H1, will I have any trouble getting H4? His company intends to extend his H1 after his india visit in Novemeber and has written that in his employment verification letter.
 
Generally should not be an issue.
This kind of experience varies from individual to individual and in some rare cases (because of previous visitor visa denials, H1 denials and security issues) H4s have been denied.
