Hi, I recently got my H1 7th year extension,my wife is in India and she will be coming back to USA in July. My question is can I apply for H4 VISA in India itself so that she can come early or If apply for H4 extension here in USA how long is it going to take to get the approval.
Her H4 got expired in Feb 28th 2002.
Any help is really appriceated.
 
Apply for H4 extension in India

It is cheaper, takes uncertainty out of the picture completely and poses minimum risk. My opinion.
